We process orders within 24–48 hours
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Once dispatched, you may receive an order confirmation or tracking update via WhatsApp or SMS.
2. Shipping Coverage
- We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
- Delivery availability may vary for remote or hard-to-reach areas.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days after dispatch.
However, delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly shown at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

In addition, we share tracking details where applicable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 12 hours with:

7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may result in additional delivery charges.
